Senior Business Litigation Associate

This position offers and requires immediate and substantial case handling responsibility, including trials, for the right candidate. The position requires a minimum of seven years experience litigating cases in the state and federal courts. Excellent oral and written advocacy and legal analysis skills are required. Candidates must have significant experience with motion practice and depositions. Experience with class actions will be a strong plus. The position offers a varied case load including complex contractual disputes, fraud and business torts, intellectual property matters and employment cases.
