We also represent U.S. companies doing business outside of the United States.

• We represent many foreign multinational companies in connection with their direct investment in the United States and assist them with corporate governance, regulatory, and other legal issues that arise in those transactions.
• We represent several large Korean television broadcasters and their U.S. affiliates in connection with their broadcasting and video distribution business in the United States.
• We represented a publicly traded foreign corporation in its participation in a three-party joint venture in the United States with two of the largest steel manufacturers in the world to produce high quality spiral steel pipes for natural gas transmission.
• We represent a number of U.S. wholesale distributors that purchase from manufacturers located all over the world and assist them with intellectual property, employment, and other legal issues that arise in their business.
