While acting as insolvency counsel for debtors and creditors in many areas, we have developed particular expertise in representation of debtors, creditors and creditors committees in Chapter 11 and 7 proceedings in matters relating to real estate, technology, manufacturing and distribution businesses. As debtor's counsel, we attempt, whenever possible, to restructure a client's indebtedness out of court to avoid the costly reorganization. We are particularly experienced in the prosecution and defense of fraudulent transfer claims and complicated preference issues.
