  • We successfully moved for summary judgment in favor of a manufacturer of high fashion jeans against a multimillion dollar claim by a former designer who sued for wrongful termination.
  • In two separate matters, we successfully defended managers of a large bond trading firm against claims brought by former employees and settled the matters on terms favorable to our client after extensive discovery. One case involved a claim of sexual harassment, and the other alleged disability-based discrimination.
  • We represented four women in a sexual harassment case against a manufacturer of high technology components. After partial presentation of plaintiffs’ case at trial, the matter settled on terms favorable for our clients.
