LIM RUGER HELPS FOREVER 21 EXPAND IN SOUTH CAROLINA

Lim Ruger advised Forever 21, the international fashion retailer with over 480 stores worldwide, in leasing 30,000 square feet of department store retail space in the historic King Street district in Charleston, South Carolina. The new location will be Forever 21's first store in the Palmetto State and is expected to create up to 150 jobs. Handling the transaction for Lim Ruger were Sandy Sakamoto and James Ho.
