PRACTICE AREAS:

Yvonne Ballesteros is an associate in the litigation group, focusing on commercial and business litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ballesteros was a law clerk for the Honorable Robert M. Takasugi, Central District of California, 2007–2008, where she gained experience in various federal civil and criminal matters.

While at the UCLA School of Law, Ms. Ballesteros was co-chair of La Raza Students Association, co-editor-in-chief of the Chicana/o Latina/o Law Review, and Vice-Chair of the National Latina/o Law Students Association. During her summers, Ms. Ballesteros interned at the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, the Farmworker Division of Georgia Legal Services, and for the Honorable Robert M. Takasugi in the Central District of California.

Ms. Ballesteros is fluent in Spanish.
