Seung Yang is an associate in the litigation group, where he specializes in commercial and business litigation. Mr. Yang has represented individuals, corporations, and partnerships in a wide array of legal matters, including both international and domestic commercial disputes, complex real estate matters, class actions, and fraud cases. Mr. Yang’s experience includes specialized knowledge of creditor’s rights and provisional remedies, including writs of attachment, writs of possession, and temporary protective orders.
