Paul Kim is an associate in the transactions group whose practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Kim has assisted clients in connection with private equity transactions, debt financing, real estate acquisitions, loan workouts, and business transactions such as distributorship and licensing arrangements. Mr. Kim has also advised clients with respect to employment matters and executive compensation.
