OverviewPRACTICE AREAS: Norma Nava is an associate in the litigation group, focusing on commercial and business litigation. Ms. Nava served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Oliver W. Wanger of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. Ms. Nava was also a legal fellow with the American Civil Liberties Union, working on federal and state civil rights appellate advocacy. While at UCLA School of Law, Ms. Nava was the President of the National Latina/o Law Students Association, co-chair of La Raza Students Association, and managing editor of the Chicano/Latino Law Review. Ms. Nava was also the recipient of the 2005 Hewlett Foundation/American Bar Association Environmental Justice Fellowship that provided funding for her work on environmental litigation projects throughout the Los Angeles area.
