Lisa Yang is an associate in the litigation group, where her practice is focused on business and commercial litigation. In addition to litigation of commercial disputes, Ms. Yang also has significant experience with contests for corporate control and securities class action litigation. Her practice spans both state and federal courts.

Known as a strong communicator who speaks and reads Korean fluently. Ms. Yang's communication skills enhances her ability to succesfully advocate on a wide range of matters for a diverse groups of clients, which has included the Republic of Korea in a commercial dispute and elderly victims of World War II atrocities.
