Overview

PRACTICE AREAS:

James Ho is an associate in the transactions group. His practice covers a broad range of real estate transactions, including real estate financing, acquisition and sale of real property, and commercial leasing. Mr. Ho has represented borrowers and lenders in loans secured by multiple properties, mezzanine financings, syndicated loans, securitized loans, and construction loans. He has also represented sponsors in their investments in commercial real estate hedge funds and various debt portfolios. Mr. Ho has corporate finance and securities experience and has represented clients in public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and matters of general business and corporate law.

While in law school, Mr. Ho was a law clerk in the Worker’s Rights Unit at the Asian Pacific American Legal Center and externed in the Community Economic Development Unit at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles.
