OverviewPRACTICE AREAS: Arnold Barba concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, including real estate and insurance coverage disputes. He has specialized in representing corporate insurance policyholders in connection with insurance enforcement and recovery. He also handles class action litigation in areas that include commercial, intellectual property, financial services, securities, civil rights and federal transportation law. Mr. Barba is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California, teaching an upper division course on civil trial preparation and settlement. Since 1996, he has taught a session at the UCLA School of Law’s Summer Program on "How To Succeed in Law School." Mr. Barba served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1989 through 1995, and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal in 1994. He received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and his B.A. from UCLA in Political Science. Education
